3/4 cup grated carrot
1 egg
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup oatmeal
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt
3/4 cup flour
2 tbspns butter or coconut oil

Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes
