PORK DRESSING:
1 x lemon zest
1 x lemon juice
1tbl spoon honey
Balsamic vinegar
Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:
Rub down pork with olive oil, salt & pepper. Then pour sauce over & massage in.

Make a double batch of dressing if you want to pull apart pork & continue cooking.
