Fried Fish with Garden Salad
PORTIONS: 2-4
Fried fish:
3 tilapia fish
1 cup of bread crumbs
1egg
1/3 cup milk
Use vegetable oil
Garden turkey salad:
Croutons
6 thin slices of turkey
1-2cherry tomatoes
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon of powdered parmesan
6 slices of cucumber cut into 4's
Directions:
Cut the fish in half to have 6 pieces
Mix the egg and milk together
Dip the fish pieces in egg and bread crumbs
Place fish in oil, 2 at a time, for 6 minutes
For the salad, place diced lettuce In a bowl
Dice up turkey and place it with the bowl
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add
Add lemon juice, cucumbers, and cheese and mix
Place it on a plate with fish and enjoy!
