500 g baby you potatoes, halved
1kg kipfler (fingerling) potatoes, scrubbed, halved lengthways
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
One bulb garlic, hard crossways
Half cup fresh sage leaves
1 cup kalamata olives, halved, pitted
2 medium lemons, rind peeled in wide strips
Preheat oven to 160C/325F.
2. Place baby potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover; boil 5 minutes
