Cauliflower Pizza

500 g cauliflower
1 tbsp brown rice or quinoa flour
2 tbsp chia seeds soaked in 8 tbsp water
Oregano, basil, salt, nutritional yeast to taste
Tbsp tamari
Juice of 1 lemon
Put cauliflower in food processor and mix until "rice" or grain like texture. Put into cheesecloth and squeeze out all the water. Mix in soaked chia seed gel, then the flour, herbs, salt, lemon juice&tamari.
Put in oven at 350F for 20-30 mins.
Put desired toppings, and bake for another 10-20 mins. Yum!!
