3 Hour Buns

3 Cups Warm Water
1/2 Cup White Sugar
6 TBSP Oil
1 TSP Salt
2 TBSP Fermi Pan Yeast
7-9 Cups of Flour
2 Eggs Beaten
Combine first 5 ingredients. Add Eggs. Add enough Flour to make a soft dough. Kneed and form into a Ball. Pat with Oil. Let rise for 15 minutes and Punch down. Repeat 3 times. On the Fourth rise, make into buns. Let rise 1 Hour.
Bake @ 350 Degrees 20-25 Minutes
(For Whole Wheat Buns use 2 cups of WW Flour in place of 2 cups of white flour)
