Chicken breasts (whole)
Olives with pimento
White wine
Crushed tomatoes
Sofrito
Adobo
Parcley
Non-salted Butter (because adobo has lots of salt )
Make a slit in chicken breasts
Stuff with sofrito
Top with s&p (LIGHTY SALT), adobo & more sofrito
Pan sere top of chicken
Flip chicken to top aide
Add olives, butter, crushed red tomatoes, deglaze with white wine and reduce
To with fresh parcley
Serve with Spanish rice
