Quinoa Salad

Quinoa Salad – created on the CHEF CHEF app for iOS lynleemoeller (Lynlee Moeller)

You Will Need: 
- 2 cups Quinoa
- A bunch of Cilantro
- 2 Limes
- Jalapeño 
- Green Bell Pepper
- Onion
- A head of garlic/5 cloves of garlic
- 2-2 1/2 Tomatoes
- Can of Corn
- Can of Black Beans
- Salt
- Ground Cumin
- Olive Oil
- Scoop Tortilla Chips

Quinoa:
1. Cook Quinoa like rice
2. Cut up tomatoes 
3. Dice jalapeño and garlic
4. Mix together
5. Cut up 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 onion and bunch of cilantro 
6. Drain corn and rinse black beans
7. Add quinoa
8. Make sauce
9. Add sauce
10. Mix together and Enjoy!

Sauce:
1. 1/4 or 1/3 cup of oil
2. 1 tablespoon of cumin
3. 1 teaspoon of salt
4. Add lime juice
5. Mix together
