Fried pork chops

1 pkg pork chops
2 T olive oil
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Black pepper
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 T seasoning salt
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to oil. Salt and pepper each slice. Add seasoned salt, pepper, salt to flour. Dip pork chop in buttermilk then roll in flour, and add to hook oil. Brown slices on both sides. Reduce heat to low and summer until meat is tender - about 25 minutes.
