1 can apple pie filling
1graham cracker crust
2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Caramel sauce

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Pour apple pie filling on top of cheesecake. Sprinkle pecans and drizzle caramel sauce on top of filling.
