3 cups of cooked rice
3 eggs
Chopped carrots
Chopped celery
Chopped ham
Green onions
Peas
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Sugar
Soy sauce


In a Wok, heat 3 tbls of oil.
Add in order mixing well between ingredients:

Chopped carrots
3 eggs (mix well)
Chopped ham
Chopped celery
Rice
Soy sauce to desired colour
Green onions
Peas
Garlic powder
Sugar
Salt & pepper
