Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie – created on the CHEF CHEF app for iOS Lauren (Lauren Walker)

1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan halves

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar; beat until sugar dissolves. Add syrup, salt, melted margarine and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into shell. Arrange pecans over filling. Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes until filling is set. Let cool before serving
