Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 2 onions diced
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup flour
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 4 tablespoons tomato paste
• 25 ounces cheese tortellini
• 1 cup Parmesan
• 5 ounces spinach
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 big leaves fresh basil

Seasonings
- red pepper
-oregano
-garlic
-celery salt
- onion powder
- paprika
- salt
- pepper

Directions
Melt butter over medium heat, add onion until tender. Add garlic red pepper and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Slowly add the broth a little at a time making sure it's at the consistency you prefer. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste, and tortellinis (that were boiled prior) reduce heat and simmer. Add Parmesan, let it melt, add spinach, let it wilt, add cream few minutes before taking it off the stove. Add fresh basil and voilà enjoy!
