2-4 pork chops
1 1/2 cups red wine
1/2 cup strawberry jam
2 tspn salt ( for taste )
3 tsp butter
Baking pan

Marinade chops in win and jam for 3 to6 hours. Oil pan. Preheat oven to 400• f. Chops in pan and bake for 20 mins. ( or until done)

Simple and cheap.
