3 lbs. beef roast (such as chuck roast)
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 envelope dry brown gravy mix
2 cups water

Put water in a measuring cup that is larger than the amount of water you are using. Add and mix all 3 envelopes of dry salad dressings and brown gravy mix to the water. Mix until completely blended.

Brown roast, if desired. Place the meat in your slow cooker. Pour water, salad dressing and gravy mixture over the roast. Cool I. Slow cooker on high for about 4 hours or on low for about 8 hours
