This is my ma's (we call her Yaya) recipe! It takes some prep to chop everything up but its SO worth it!!!

1/8 cup oil
1 pkg Italian dressing
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz) frozen yellow corn
2 cans black beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
Juice from 1/2 lemon (or lime)
1/2 cup water

Strain beans. Put frozen corn in bowl (to start to thaw). Chop cilantro, pepper, onion, and celery; put in bowl. Mix everything together and let sit for 2 hours (for best taste - not totally necessary). Refrigerate. Serve with chips.

***do not cook corn; literally take it straight from the bag - still frozen is OKAY because itll defrost with other ingredients***
