Nanny's Cucumber Dip

6 oz cream cheese
1/2 medium onion, grate
1/2 large cucumber, grate and peel
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup sour cream

This is my Nanny's recipe and she is a legendary (not to the world, just to everyone she's ever cooked for) cook.

Grate and peel cucumber. Grate onion. SQUEEZE JUICES FROM BOTH - juices can be thrown out (you won't be using them).

Beat cream cheese and mayo; add remaining ingredients. Fold in sour cream last.

Refrigerate IF there are any left overs ;)
