Vanilla cake

Ami Ryait2 tsp levelled baking powder
150 gms softened butter
150 gms(15tbsp) castor sugar
4 eggs
2tsp vanilla essence
1/4th cup milk
Method:
In a bowl, add butter n sugar n whisk well for 2mins, add eggs one at a time...
In a separate bowl, add flour n baking powder,mix well.
Add dry Ingredients to the wet ingredients 5tbsps at a time and gradually add milk and vanilla essence.... Don't use whisk, use a spatula to fold all the ingredients.....
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins and then bake for 12-15 mins... Keep the muffin tray at the middle rack .
