With spring onions and peppers
(Can be interchanged with Beef)
- boneless chicken or beef
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Onions (thick sliced)
- Red, Orange & Yellow Peppers
- Red Cabbage ???
- egg white
Mongolian Sauce
- Dark Soy Sauce
- hoisin
- Oyster Sauce
- Sriracha
- Rice Vinegar
- Rice Wine
- Pepper
- Corn Starch
- sesame oil
- Brown Sugar
1. Cut veggies, garlic and ginger
2. Cut chicken and season with a pinch of sugar, 1 egg white, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 mins.
3. Combine sauce and set aside
4. Heat wok, add canola oil and a few drops of sesame oil.
5. Add veggies and cook for 1-2 mins, then set aside.
6. Clean wok, re-heat with oils
7. Cook chicken and brown on one side.
8. Add garlic and ginger and toss
9. Add Mongolian Sauce
10. Add veggies at last minute
