Chicken Breasts
Peppercorns
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
S&P
Fresh Rosemary
Heavy Cream
White Wine
Butter
Cut chicken vertically in 1/2
Season with Onion powder, garlic powder, on both sides
Season with salt on one side
Season heavily with ground pepper on both sides. Heavily !!
1. In a hot pan, sauté / brown one side of chicken in olive oil.
2. Flip and brown other side for a minute. Then add butter, heavy cream, Rosemary, white wine peppercorns, and Rosemary
3. Reduce for a few minutes and voila.
