Marinate chicken breasts by brushing on 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard. Put in refrigerator for 1+ hours.
Heat oven to 340
Put chicken in pan, add 1/3 cup white wine and bake for 40 min
Mix tbs+ flour and 1 cup half and half. Whisk until whipped
Take chicken out of pan when done. Add half and half to pan and bring to a boil on stove. As cooking add about 1 cup chicken broth- let boil.
When cooked to desired thickness, add chicken and serve.
Best served with rice.
