Ingredients

Idly rice 3 n 1/2 cup
Raw rice 1/2 cup
Urad dal 3/4 cup
Soy beans 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Preparation

1)Soak idly rice & raw rice in a container for 3 hours
2)Soak urad dal & soy beans in a container for 2 hours
3)Grind separately (1) & (2)
4)Mix well together after grinding(add salt)
5)keep in oven control and switch on the light for 8 hours
6)Batter will raised & fermented
7)Batter is now ready for idly & dosa
8)Once it is fermented, keep it in refrigirator.
