Apple Crumb Cake

Catarina2 cups unsifted flour
2 cups sugar
7oz veg oil
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1cup pecan halves
1tsp vanilla
Drain and rinse pie filling- leave only apples
Whisk oil, eggs, and sugar
Add all ingredients except the nuts
Mix with wooden spoon
May add 1/4 cup water
Fold in nuts and gently mix
Put in 13 x 9 in baking pan
Bake 30-40 min at 325 or until brown and tested with a toothpick
