Heat 5 cups of milk on med heat. Stir until starts to rise then remove from heat
Mix 5 tbs of flour with 1/2 cup milk until smooth
Add 2tsp vanilla
Separate the yolk and whirs of two eggs
Add yolks to mix
Add 1/2 cup sugar
Add to warm milk
Boil 15 min med heat
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add to milk- fold in
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Refrigerate
