Brown hamburger meat or sausage or mushrooms
Cook chopped onions and garlic in olive oil
Add the meat and add onion and garlic to 26oz can crushed tomatoes and a 12oz tomato paste + 1 12oz can of water
Add seasoning: 2tbs sugar, 1tbs salt, 1tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp basil, pepper.
Optional: Add red wine

Cook ~ 1 hour
