1 sweet onion
5 mushrooms
1 lb ground beef
1 block of land o lanes sauté express (or half butter half olive oil)
Nana's seasoning - 1 tablespoon
1 egg
Oil
1. Chop onion & break apart -
finger slices
2. Chop mushrooms
3. Season meat
4. Oil to coat bottom of pan on medium- high heat
5. Add 1 sauté express block and melt
6. Add meat patties
7. Sear one side 5-7 minutes with top on
8. Flip and sear other side
9. Add onions on top and put top on (keep on medium-high)
10. Flip burgers if needed
11. Add water if want gravy - 1/4 c
12. add mushrooms
