Sirloin steaks

1 large sweet onion
1.5 lbs sirloin steak
6-7 button mushrooms
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
Nana's seasoning to taste
.5 can beef broth
1/4 cream of mushroom soup
1. Chop onion & mushrooms
2. Add oil (coat bottom) to medium high to high
3. Let oil get hot
4. Season both sides of steak
5. Add steak when pan is hot to sear
6. Cover pan 8-10 min
7. Preheat oven to 375
8. Flip and sear 5 min
9. Remove and place in bowl
10. Add onions till golden brown no cover
11. Add mushrooms for 5 minutes
12. Add broth and cream of mushroom and wait till mixed
14. Add meat
15. Cook until rolling boil
16. Cut off heat to simmer (1-2 hrs) or put in oven on 325 for 45-1hr (cook until tender)
Add broth as needed
