1 c. Flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
In a large bowl, whisk flour and eggs together. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter
On a oiled griddle, ladle out batter into 4 inch crepes cook about 2 minutes.
