Spaetzle

PORTIONS: 1 LARGE BOWL
Spaetzle – created on the CHEF CHEF app for iOS Kaitlin (Kaitlin)

3 eggs, beaten until frothy
3 cups flour, sifted
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Boiling water

Beat eggs. Add salt to flour
Add flour and milk alternating to egg mixture.
Put dough in Spaetzle maker
Grate into boiling water
Cook until they float to top
