Shake - Avocado milk
PORTIONS: 1
2 1/2 dl soja- eller rismælk
1/2 økologisk citron
1 moden avocado
1 grapefrugt
3 dadler
(Isterninger)
Riv citronskallen fint og pres saften ud af citronen. Pres grapefrugten, hak dadlerne fint og skræl avocadoen. Put alle ingredienserne i en blender og tilsæt evt et par isterninger og blend til konsistensen er helt fin og blød.

250 ml soy- or rice milk
1/2 organic lemon
1 ripe avocado
1 grapefruit
3 dates
(Icecubes)
Grate the lemon peel and juice the lemon. Juice the grape, chop the dates finely and peel the avo. Blend all ingredients untill the shake is nice and smooth - throw in a couple of icecubes too if you feel like it. Serve chilled.
