1 piece of fresh ginger (approx same lenght as your thumb)
1 fresh, organic lemon
1/2 lime
Icecubes
Water
Chop and blend the ginger, place pulp in a fine sieve and squeeze all juice out of it. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze all juice out of both lemon and lime. Mix with the ginger juice.
Place ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the juice over. Add cold water until the glass is full and serve.
