Chicken & Cheese Taquitos

1 bar cream cheese, 1/2 cup green enchilada sauce, 2 tbsps lime juice, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tsps chili powder, 1 tsp onion powder, pepper, salt, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, 4 whole green onions, 3 cups cooked chicken, 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1 pkg flour tortillas.
In a bowl, mash together cream cheese, enchilada sauce, lime juice, spices, garlic, and green onions. Mix together and season with salt and pepper. Add cheese, cilantro, and shredded chicken. Warm up tortillas and add filling and roll. Line baking sheet with foil and spray. Place Taquitos seam side down and spray top with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees and 10 minutes.
