1/3 cup honey, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsps dried thyme, salt, pepper, 1 chicken.
Preheat oven to 475. In a bowl mix together honey, vinegar, thyme, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Place chicken on foiled pan and brush with honey glaze to coat. Roast, brushing twice with glaze, 20-25 minutes.
