2 cups mashed potatoes, 2 tbsps flour, 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 3 strips bacon, 1 egg, 1 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Cook bacon and dice. Add potatoes and flour to mixing bowl and stir. Then add cheese and bacon. Take a tblsp of mixture and roll with hands into ball. Whisk egg, salt, pepper in a bowl, place bread crumbs in another. Take balls and put in egg then in crumbs and repeat. Fry in olive oil in saucepan 1-2 minutes until brown. Drain on paper towel.
