Cheesy Chicken, Rice, Bacon

1/2 lb applewood smoked bacon, 4 tbsps unsalted butter, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 tbsps hot sauce, 2 cups cooked chicken, 4 cups white rice, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Cook bacon. Place butter in medium saucepan over med heat. Once melted, whisk in flour and pepper until smooth. Slowly whisk in chicken broth. Increase heat to high and whisk until thick. Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir in hot sauce. Reduce heat and set aside. Place little bit of oil into skillet and stir in cooked rice. Add chicken, cheese sauce, mixing to combine. Top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
