3/4 cup warm water, 2 tsps yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic, oregano, and basil, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup flour, 1 jar tomato sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, pizza toppings, onion, tomatoes.
Place water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Once yeast starts to "foam" add oil, salt, whole wheat flour. Begin to knead dough and slowly add white flour. Once done kneading, spray with oil. Let dough rise, about 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375. Roll out dough into a rectangle and about 1/4 in thick. Cut dough into 4 rectangles. Place a spoonful of sauce, toppings, and cheese. Fold over and pinch the ends together. Place on parchment covered tray, rub with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, and cut 3 slits in the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until calzone is golden brown.
