Sriracha Burger

-1 hamburger bun
-1 beef patty
-1 slice tomato
-2 oz yellow onion (julienned)
-3 oz arugula
-2 slice pepper jack cheese
-1 oz blue cheese dressing
-1 oz sriracha
- salt & pepper
-1/2 tbsp butter
- sauté onions in butter until caramelized. Salt & pepper to taste.
- on a flat top or char grill, cook the burger to desired doneness. Place onions on top, and melt cheese on top.
- in a small mixing bowl, mix blue cheese dressing and sriracha.
- assemble burger patty, bun, veggies, and sauce.
- serve.
