Garlic & Lemon Shrimp

1 lb shrimp, 2 tbsps olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsps minced garlic, 2 tbsps lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, salt.
Heat oil over med high heat and then melt butter. Add shrimp and cook until pink at the edges (1-2 min) turn shrimp over and add minced garlic. Continue to cook 3-4 minutes. Turn off heat and add lemon juice, zest, and salt.
