Oil to cover
Canning jar
Place peeled or in peeled garlic cloves in the jar. Cover with oil leaving 1/4-1/2 inch headspace in the jar. Screw on band lid. Pressure cook for 1 hour. Cool and use.
Nice mellow garlic flavor.
