					1/2 cup potato, bacon, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 
Cook bacon. Add potato chunks to skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Scramble eggs. Mix and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
