Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

6 portobello mushrooms, 1 lb of Italian sausage, 2 tbsps of olive oil, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1 egg, pepper.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook sausage in olive oil in sauce pan. Drain. Mix sausage, bread crumbs, half of Parmesan cheese, and egg. Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each mushroom with sausage stuffing. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
