Sausage Cheddar Balls

1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp of coarse salt, 1/4 tsp of group pepper, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb of breakfast sausage, 1/2 yellow onion, 3 tbsps of butter.
preheat oven to 400. Whisk together flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, baking powder. Add cheddar and toss to coat. Add sausage, onion, and butter. Mix until well combined and roll into 1 in balls. Place balls onto baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
