πŸ‘‰Already cooked mac n cheese
πŸ‘‰ Ragu traditional pasta sauce
πŸ‘‰ Ginger, garlic paste
πŸ‘‰ Ching's secret dark soya sauce
πŸ‘‰ Haldi and chilli powder
πŸ‘‰Salt and sugar
πŸ‘‰ Dried basil leaves
πŸ‘‰ Diced sweet peppers
πŸ‘‰ Cooking oil

For this either you can use mac n cheese packs or make mac and cheese at home.

For making mac and cheese at homeπŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰

Boil elbow pasta with a little oil and salt. I never drain my pasta....I know I should, but...I never keeps the pasta little moist which I really like.πŸ’

When you see the pasta getting done, add grated sharp cheddar cheese, milk and stir it. This is going to give it smooth and creamy texture.

About how much cheese...a cup and a half may be.

Sauce πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰

Heat some oil and saute in grated fresh ginger garlic, about 2 tsp each.
On medium flame, cook it for 7 to 8 mins.

Add some haldi and chilli powder.

Then add Ragu traditional pasta sauce.
Decide the quantity according to your mac n cheese quantity.

Add 1tbsp soya sauce.

Add salt and sugar, 1 tbsp dried basil leaves, and chopped sweet peppers.

You don't have to cook it for long.

The final taste of the sauce should be sour sweet.....or tangy.

Now take an aluminum baking tray and layer down mac an cheese and the sauce alternating until you reach the top.

Then garnish it with cheese...I use shredded sharp cheddar and American.

Put it in the oven on 400 F, and bake it until, the cheese melts or browns as per your preference.
