Thanks to my friend chef Arturo parra .
Grilled garlic , whit onion , jalapeño and avocado.
Cut everithing in dices and smash the avocado .
Add the dices in the mash avocado , put salt , black pepper and lime juice.
Add in the top chorizo or crispy bacon.
