Ginger Beef, Mushrooms, Kale

Whip up a marinade with the grounded ginger. Toss the beef and the marinade in a plastic bag and let the marinade soak in. Prepare your vegetables - chop up the kale and the mushrooms. Sauté it all, but start with the beef. Serve with rice, quinoa or noodles or just eat it plain
