Blend white fish with egg white sat and pepper parsley capers olives lemon zest until smooth set aside in fridge for 1 hour
Make your fish rolls set in flour with salt and pepper egg wash and breadcrumbs better panko( japanese breadcrumb ) set in fridge to set and fry until done serve with tomato sauce as a dip
