Blend your white fish prawns and tuna in a food processor add egg white salt pepper spring onions parsley and lemon zest and blend until smooth set aside in fridge for 30 min
Prep your sweet and sour red onions
Boil one part of sugar one part of vinegar and one part of water with bay leaves whole garlic cloves black pepper and mustard seeds pour over your sliced red onions and let it pickled over night
Make your dressing
Combine mayo yoghurt grainy mustard and lemon juice add chopped chives and set aside
Make your patties fry them in oil until golden brown serve with mixed salad toasted bread marinate onions and dressing
