Make your chili rub
Fry chopped garlic and chili in oil
Add chopped ginger lime zest palm sugar and tomato paste season with soy fish sauce and cook it until you reach a thick sauce let it cool
Season your fish with salt and pepper cover up with the chili rub
And bake at 200 degrees until done
Serve with wilted pak choy with garlic and soy warm up the chili sauce and serve on the side eat with rice or noodles
