Prep your marinade
Fry garlic and ginger in sesame oil
Add sugar water rice vinegar and soy sauce cook for 8-10 minutes
Until reach a syrup consistance dont overcook it check seasoning and set aside
Cut your salmon in portion and marinate into cold marinate and let it stand for 3/4 hours
Cook your salmon as you like can be panfried grilled or baked reduce your marinate until reach a glace consistance and serve with vegetable or rice sprinkle with sesame seeds
