1tbs oil
8 oz roasted red peppers
8 oz grilled pineapple
1/2 diced tomatoes
1/4 cup apple cider vinager
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 cup water

Cook peppers tomatoes and pineapple until tender add sugar deglaze with vinager add seasonings and water simmer until reduced by 1/4 purée. Reduce if thicker is desired.
